Helloworld Travel’s Air Tickets has launched its new 12-page printed Wholesale Fares Guide for its agency customers.

The new printed Wholesale Fares Guide was launched at the Helloworld Travel Frontliners Forum in Singapore to agents and received fantastic feedback, but was mentioned by Rohan Moss, group general manager – Consolidation at the recent Australian Travel Agents Co-operative (ATAC) summit on the Gold Coast. ATAC appointed Helloworld Travel’s Air Tickets as its sole and exclusive air consolidator following comprehensive market assessment on best value for its members.

ATAC signs exclusive deal with Helloworld’s Air Tickets for enhanced air consolidation services

Created in partnership with in-house Helloworld Travel wholesale brands, Viva Holidays, ReadyRooms and Cruiseco the fares that offer the best value flexible package pricing for Air Tickets agency customers.

“While we have the full wholesale fares deals available online, the new Wholesale Fares Guide provides quick and easy access for our consultants to evaluate options and compare with the guide breaking down the fares into regions and carriers,” Moss said.

“Consultants love it, the feedback has been very positive, with agents sharing that the online content is great, but the printed guide is a game changer,” he said.

Rohan Moss introduced the new guide.

When purchased in conjunction with an extensive range of land and cruise product, the wholesale fares offer a lower airfare price when packaged with a minimum land content as specified by the carrier. Fares include economy, premium economy and business class cabins. The guide also includes a clue card to guide agents through the shop, book and ticketing functions for wholesale fares.

Air Tickets currently has 14 carriers providing wholesale fares to 43 countries across all continents except Antarctica including, Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, North & South America and the South Pacific. As well as extensive Cruise product.

“This is a great initiative between Helloworld’s Viva Holidays, NTIA Award Winner 2024 and NTIA 2024 Award Winner, Air Tickets to provide aggregated value across air, land and cruise product,” said Helloworld Travel COO and executive director, Cinzia Burnes.

“Wholesale fares sales for calendar year 2025 are up double-digit growth versus last year, so we know they are in demand. And as usual, we will provide any tools that can assist our agents in selling what they need!”
Burnes said.

Copies of the guide will be provided to Air Ticket agent customers not attending Frontliners in the coming days and weeks. To request a guide please contact sales@airtickets.com.au

“The new Air Tickets Wholesale fares guide is a game changer,” said Helloworld Travel South Melbourne managing director Janene Ferguson. “It’s what we have been looking for. This brilliant tool makes it easy to navigate wholesale airfare solutions. We will witness improved efficiencies, and more importantly, increased margins, for all consultants, regardless of their experience. And ticketing the wholesale fares, on the Air Tickets platform, is a seamless experience. I encourage everyone to embrace this wonderful enhancement.”
