    Award-winning European Touring specialist Albatross Tours has released its Northern Summer 2025 brochure and early bird deals.

    New itineraries align perfectly with the traditions of Albatross tours in providing longer stays for travellers and superb inclusions. 

    This includes 3-nights in Çanakkale to explore the Gallipoli Peninsula, or a 3-night stay in Poreč, on the Istrian Peninsula.

    Their rail-tour of Switzerland includes the new Matterhorn Alpine Crossing so guests can soar across the Alps and into Italy for lunch.

    “We’re so excited to have our Summer 2025 brochure out earlier than ever to help advisors convert those long-range bookings. This combines with our Early Bird deal, on until 31 July,”  managing director Shelley Poten said.

    Albatross focuses on longer stays, which means less packing and unpacking, as well as more time at each hand-chosen experience. It also caps group sizes at 28 people, meaning more comfortable travel and a more personal and authentic experience where you can “go where the locals go”.  Added to that is a range of unique, character-filled accommodation that is set to make you client trip a truly memorable one.   

    Early Bird deals 

    With the launch of the northern summer 2025 program comes a $350 per person per tour Early Bird discount eligible to all Summer 2025 bookings made before 31 July 2024.  

    New tours 

    Albatross Tours has three new northern summer tours in 2025. Travelling to Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Türkiye and Greece these are terrific additions to Albatross’ already vast list of tour locations.  

    Highlights include ‘Leisurely Switzerland – The Glacier Express and Cable Car Adventures’ that includes a private boat trip across Lake Como to world-famous Bellagio and tasting wines in Lugano. Then travellers take the Glacier Express and Bernina Express on a scenic train journeys to St Moritz, Chur, Zermatt and Berne.

    That will be is followed by incredible views from the cable car to the Matterhorn, all the way up to a snowy Mt Titlis.  Departs 1 July 2025 and 03 September 2025.

    The ‘Beautiful Slovenia and Croatia’s Istrian Jewels’ itinerary starts in Vienna, Austria an imperial city of gardens, monuments, castles and palaces. Moving into Slovenia, enjoy relaxing horse and carriage rides and boat cruises across picture postcard lakes in Bled. Then visitors travel to Croatia to explore Plitvice, famous for its majestic, grand cascades and enormous waterfalls. Departs 11 June 2025 and 18 August 2025.  

    ‘Cradles of Civilisation’ features Gallipoli, Cappadocia and those Greek Isles. The itinerary includes a hot air balloon trip above Cappadocia and sleeping in a rock cave hotel. Guests visit ancient Troy, Pergamum, Ephesus, Kusadasi and Bodrum and cruise from Marmaris along the Turquoise Coast. Then they hop along four iconic Greek Islands, Rhodes, Crete, Santorini and Mykonos, before they make their way to Athens. Along the way here is a 4WD Cretan Mountain excursion, and a walk through the whitewashed alleys of Mykonos and a Santorini sunset. Departs 27 May and 2 Sept 2025.
