APT unveils inspirational new ad

APT has unveiled a new campaign celebrating a future when the world is able to travel again.

The campaign features some vintage images of the brand’s iconic busses to convey the historic roots of APT, with a voice-over telling viewers that through the brand has been through a lot, they’ve never seen anything like the COVID-19 crisis.

The second half of the ad shows a montage of inspiring travel footage, telling its audience that when the time is right, APT will be there to get their clients travelling again.

“At times like these, we need to really consider our marketing activity,” APT’s general manager of product and marketing, Justine Lally, said.

“While the campaign’s message is simple – we will travel again, and APT will be with you for every step of the journey – it is also a bold statement to advertise in these uncertain times.”

“We are fortunate that we’ve been through challenging times in our 90-year history and have an excellent reputation, solid foundations and very loyal trade partners and travellers who continue to support us.

“Although none of us know when travel bans will be lifted, we see so much hope to be back travelling again.”

Lally said there will also be assets available for travel agents on ATG Connect, should they want to share the message with clients.
