Travel agents give Big White Ski Resort two thumbs up for customer service during Sno’n’Ski Mega Fam
30 travel agents gave Big White glowing reviews after visiting the ski resort as part of the Sno’n’Ski Canada Mega Fam 2018. The hosts pulled out all the stops to ensure the Mega Fam group experienced the warm, accommodating customer service that is the calling card of Big White Ski Resort.
The bar was set high from the start with a luxury après welcome party in the jaw-dropping White Spirit Lodge. Agents were treated to gourmet canapes, local wines and draught beer from Big White’s own Elevation 57 Brewing company, although the group took it easy in preparation for an early start on the slopes the next day.
The rentals department handled the group fitting with flair, cheerfully arranging 30 sets of ski and snowboard equipment and catering to individual needs and preferences. Sno’n’Ski Mega Fam agents enjoyed more stellar service in their ski and snowboard lessons from Big White’s exceptional instructors. The resort even arranged a dusting of fresh powder and a bluebird afternoon to complete the perfect ski day.
Agents were also invited to experience Big White’s impressive off-piste activities, including tubing, ice skating and ice climbing. The agents who scrambled their way up the ice climbing tower were particularly thrilled by the outstanding service offered by the climbing team. Big White was the first stop on the eight-day Sno’n’Ski Mega Fam, an annual agent tour of British Columbia’s stunning ski fields. Agents agree that it will be hard to top the Big White experience, but with Silver Star next on the itinerary they look forward to being proved wrong.
