Bonza has bolstered the way customers can book with the low-cost carrier by launching a new website.

From today, customers can visit the Bonza website to book flights as well as Bonza Holiday bundles, which include flights, bag, accommodation, and optional travel insurance, car hire or airport transfers.

There’s never been a better time for Aussie travellers to jump onto the new website (or hop on the Fly Bonza app) with 12 of Bonza’s 21 destinations on sale from today until April 2, 2024 from just $39pp.

The 12 destinations currently on sale are Cairns, Darwin, Gladstone, Melbourne (Tullamarine), Mackay, Mildura, Newcastle, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Tamworth, Toowoomba Wellcamp and Townsville.

Bonza is the first airline globally to lead with an app-first approach with more than 1.8 million downloads of the Fly Bonza app to date as Australian travellers embrace the airline’s mission to connect the many, not the few to underserved or unserved destinations.

The website is also home to Bonza’s group bookings arm, the digital chat function and the travel agent portal, which has more than 1400 registered travel agents already onboard.

Bonza CEO Tim Jordan said the new website complemented the Fly Bonza app and importantly gave customers more choice.

Tim Jordan, CEO of Bonza

“We’ve listened to our customers and their feedback was that not everyone wants to book via the app so we’ve created a user-friendly website meaning even more Aussies can take advantage of our low-cost airfares on 36 routes to 21 destinations,” Jordan said.

“We’re still encouraging customers to download and use the Fly Bonza app as it’s still the only way to check in, retrieve your boarding pass, buy food and drink from our All Aussie menu and enjoy many entertainment options while onboard – essentially your very own pocket travel buddy.

“We’re proud of being early digital adopters in the Australian aviation space and the feedback we get from our customers is that the app is a fantastic addition to their Bonza experience.

“But we understand that some customers prefer to book online so introducing this easy-to-use website as a digital companion to our Fly Bonza app allows us to reach many more travellers who have yet to experience Bonza.”

In addition to flights, customers can book their tailored package holidays to any of Bonza’s 21 destinations on the new website with activities and attractions to be added soon. Bonza Holidays unique offering includes a 23kg checked bag, 8kg hand luggage and standard Pick seats included in every package. Bonza also offers a price match guarantee by refunding the difference if a customer finds the same holiday cheaper elsewhere within 24 hours of booking.

The Fly Bonza app also reduces the need for paper boarding passes, magazines, menus and other paper items which saves waste and also weight and therefore fuel.
