Club Med hosts Helloworld agents at Club Med Bintan
Edited by Travel Weekly

Club Med has teamed up with Helloworld to welcome 23 travel agents to the Club Med Bintan for a three-night getaway.

With Bintan one of Club Med’s most popular destinations for Aussie travellers, Club Med hosted Helloworld agents following the Helloworld Frontliners conference, showcasing the east of travelling to Club Med Bintan from Singapore.

Throughout the stay, agents got the opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of the Club Med product, alongside Bintan as a destination. They spend morning delving into the wellness offerings at the resort with activities such as Aeriel yoga and the spa ahead of afternoons on the padel court and golf course, kayaking across the crystal-clear waters, and trying something new on the flying trapeze. In the evening, agents indulged in the local and international flavours at the resorts’ restaurants before enjoying the evening entertainment.

“We were thrilled to partner with Helloworld to host some of our valued travel agents at Club Med Bintan following the Helloworld Frontliners conference,” Club Med Pacific general manager, Michelle Davies, said.

“Sales for Club Med Bintan from the Pacific region have grown by 11 per cent since last year. This prompted us to identify the Helloworld Frontliners conference as an excellent opportunity to highlight Bintan’s appeal for travellers seeking a relaxing stop over as part of their long-haul holidays.

“With Singapore serving as a key stopover and business hub in the Asia Pacific region for our guests, Club Med Bintan’s proximity to Singapore at just a quick 45-minute ferry ride away makes it an ideal destination for those craving relaxation after a city stay or en-route to their next destination.

“With many of the agents in attendance travelling to Club Med for the very first time, the feedback we received was wonderful. As we head into a new year, we can’t wait to watch on as our valued travel agents continue to sell Club Med with added confidence and ease.”

The Helloworld Bintan Famil came just before Club Med launched pre-registration for its Early Bird Sale 2026. Travel agents can now encourage clients to pre-register for Club Med’s Early Bird Sale 2026 so they can secure their dream holiday at up to 30 per cent off, a full 48-hours before anyone else.

By encouraging clients to pre-register, travel agents can secure the room choice and dates of their choice at their preferred resort
