Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour is undergoing a $3.2 million resort refurbishment project.

The resort offers a range of accommodation options, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom standard, deluxe, grand, and presidential apartments. All 60 room types are being completely renovated, and will feature new flooring, carpets, shower screens, furnishings, and artwork. The grand and presidential apartments will also be fitted with new bathroom vanities and bespoke design elements.

The property is managed by Travel + Leisure Co. and is part of Club Wyndham South Pacific, one of the region’s largest vacation clubs.

“We are excited to offer an incredible transformation at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour,” senior vice president of Resort Operations Asia Pacific at Travel + Leisure Co, Warren Cullum, said.

“Our design team is creating something truly exceptional for our club members and guests. We can’t wait to unveil the refurbishment this August, which will provide a fresh new experience for visitors to the Coffs Coast.”

The new design draws inspiration from the laid-back coastal surroundings of the region, featuring a vibrant colour palette of hot pinks and pastel shades of green, orange, and blue.

“The decor reflects the colours of summer and evokes the feeling of idyllic beach days with a chic coastal theme,” senior manager of projects and design at Travel + Leisure Co, Vera Garner, said.

Key upgrades include furniture, fixtures and technology

Key upgrades include stylish wood-look vinyl flooring, custom carpets designed to mimic sea foam meeting shell-laden sand, and redesigned kitchens for improved functionality. New furniture and fixtures, technological upgrades such as international and USB-C power outlets, and enhanced lighting solutions will contribute to the overall transformation. Woven textures throughout add to the stylish coastal look, and white timber shutters will also be installed in the spacious grand and presidential apartments.

With an average spend of $3,538 per party per trip and 5,100 bookings in 2023, Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour contributes an estimated $20.4 million annually to the Coffs Harbour economy. The resort maintains over 80 percent occupancy year-round and employs approximately 33 staff members.

The refurbishment project is estimated to be completed by the end of August. All used furniture is being donated to Lifeline.

Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour offers a beautiful setting for beach holidays. Located within the Pacific Bay Resort precinct, Club Wyndham South Pacific members and guests can enjoy stylish, laid-back surroundings and access to the exceptional Pacific Bay Resort facilities, including a golf course, tennis courts, multiple swimming pools, nature tracks, mountain bikes, the Bayside Bar & Grill, Tranquillity Day Spa, and onsite barbecues.
