The loft room, where I stayed, was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Its generous proportions provided ample space to unwind, work, and just stare out at the panoramic views of Melbourne’s skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The king-sized bed was fabulous and comfy, promising a restful night’s sleep. The marble-appointed bathroom was lush and a deep soaking tub and separate rainfall shower, screamed RELAX!

Dining at the Crown Metropol is a culinary adventure in itself. The hotel boasts an array of world-class restaurants to choose from. At Bistro Guillaume, the menu showcases a selection of French classics executed to perfection. The wine list at Bistro Guillaume is also extensive, featuring a wide range of French and Australian selections.

Facilities, events and experiences
