Cruise Traveller has unveiled a new cruise and tour package the embraces France, Portugal, and Spain Special Epicurean Expedition with Atlas Ocean Voyages.

Leading chefs will guide guests on a special epicurean expedition at sea from Portugal to Spain as part of an exclusive, new cruise and tour package in 2025 with luxury small ship brand, Atlas Ocean Voyages, released by Australian small ship cruise specialist, Cruise Traveller.

Savings of $3,000 per couple are available, with the package also including a boutique cultural tour through Spain and Portugal. The journey features enchanting medieval villages, traditional farms, local cuisine, grand palaces and castles, storied monasteries and mosques, and world-renowned wineries.

The new 26-night Iberian Inspiration and Coastal Treasures package begins on 12 September 2025, with a night in Madrid followed by an 11-night small group overland tour for a maximum of 18 guests from Madrid to Lisbon. Guests will take in Toledo, Cordoba, the ancient fortress of Alhambra in Granada, a traditional flamenco show in Seville, the castle and village-peppered mountains of Sierra de Aracena, an authentic tasting of jamon iberico pork at a pig farm in Spain, and the hilltop village of Monsaraz in Portugal.

After three nights in Lisbon, guests head out to explore one of Europe’s oldest cities, guests will board Atlas Ocean Voyages’ deluxe, 198-guest ship, World Navigator, launched just three years ago, for a 10-night Epicurean expedition voyage from Lisbon to Barcelona including onboard culinary demonstrations and cuisine and wine tastings hosted by feted chefs Stephan Pyles and Payla Lambert, a gourmet Josper Grill charcoal grill dining experience in the ship’s 7AFT Grill restaurant and culinary events ashore as part of a cultural immersion tour.

As a smaller ship, World Navigator will visit smaller, less visited destinations that larger vessels cannot access such as Portimao in Portugal, Porto de Banus and Cadiz in Spain and Port Vendres in France as well as the glamorous French Riviera. The voyage includes onboard beverages.

After taking guests to eight destinations in Portugal, Spain and France, the voyage ends in Barcelona where guests will enjoy a final night’s stay in a hotel before making their own way back home.
