CT Partners enhances booking processes with new Aeronology partnership

CT Partners has invested in a new technology partnership with Australian traveltech leader Aeronology.

The preferred partnership streamlines access to NDC content in addition to Low-cost carrier (LCC) and GDS content for CT Partners members on one portal platform, opening up new efficiencies in booking workflows through Aeronology’s recent integrations with key back office systems.

“This innovative new partnership with Aeronology brings benefits to both our members and especially our NDC enabled airline partners,” said CT Partners CEO Matt Masson.

“Aeronology’s proven approach to digitalising travel is a perfect fit for our network given their booking model is tailored to the needs of the SME corporate and premium leisure travel businesses who make up our member base.

“Our new partnership is a game changer for members, particularly when our industry is still rebuilding its workforce and teams are working longer hours to deliver for clients. Aeronology presents a solution that enables our members to spend less time on complicated NDC, LCC, and GDS bookings.”

Aeronology was co-founded in December 2019 by veteran travel industry executive Russell Carstensen, who said he is thrilled to be working closely with the large CT Partners travel buying network.

“I’m very proud to announce Aeronology as a preferred technology partner with CT Partners, and I commend CT Partners for setting their members up for future success,” said Russell Carstensen, CEO of Aeronology.

CT Partners are now one of the few travel agency groups globally with the ability to fully service NDC bookings and will continue leading the industry using Aeronology.

“Ultimately, Aeronology puts CT Partners member agencies in a strong position where they can efficiently service clients at a time when these businesses are demanding more access to NDC content. I commend CT Partners for continuing their proven approach to futureproofing member businesses. They’re an expertly managed entrepreneurial group, and it’s a very good call.”

General Manager Agency Sales at Singapore Airlines, Greg McJarrow added: “Singapore Airlines is excited to see CT Partners appoint Aeronology as a preferred partner. We have a longstanding relationship with CT Partners and through Aeronology, as one of our certified Global Technology Partners, we look forward to building further on our ability to seamlessly distribute new content and information through NDC to CT Partners members.”
