Envoyage names Infinity Holidays as preferred wholesaler
Edited by Travel Weekly

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) principal independent network Envoyage has named Infinity Holidays as its preferred wholesaler in a move that will significantly bolster its offering to its member network.

The partnership will see Envoyage’s members gain access to Infinity Holidays exclusive offers, co-consult support via a dedicated phone line, a wider range of travel packages and tailored itineraries.

Envoyage Australia General Manager Nick Queale said the partnership will allow members to significantly improve the way they service their clients.

“Our partnership with Infinity Holidays unlocks whole new world of value for our independent agents. We’re essentially stocking their shelves with hundreds of thousands of travel products, all tied in with extra support and knowledge direct from the supplier.

“Because no two Envoyage members are the same, we wanted a co-consultant that understood this and could offer a breadth of products from sustainable experiences to cultural adventures or family friendly holidays all in the one place, and Infinity Holidays is well equipped to support us with this.

“Delivering an unrivalled, high value product marketplace to our network and providing our agents and agencies with the most seamless support is core to our business, so this partnership will play a key role in helping us bolster this part of our offering.”

Infinity Holidays Business Leader Jo Rendall said the partnership is centred around helping Envoyage members provide an unforgettable experience for their clients.

“Our team of experts know the product range like the back of their hand, so it’ll be a game changer for Envoyage’s independent agents to have access to such a high level of support in their businesses.

“In addition to having access to our extensive product range, the co-consult support will allow advisors to be more productive, in turn giving them the opportunity to focus on other areas of their businesses and most importantly, providing exceptional service to their valued customers.

“We’ve had tremendous success already working with Envoyage New Zealand, so we’re thrilled to extend this partnership to the Australian member network and begin helping advisors craft the perfect travel experience for their clients.”

Envoyage Member and Globe Trotters Director Craig Barrow. said being able to tap into Infinity Holidays support will play a key role in allowing him to streamline his business operations.

“It’s fantastic to have a trusted supplier in Infinity Holidays come on board that we can rely on to deliver what we need for our clients.

“I’m most looking forward to being able to access a local, dedicated support channel. It will save us so much time, especially having contacts in the same time zone as us, working our same business hours.”
