The European Travel Commission (ETC) has announced that eight European national tourism organisations will represent the continent at the Entire Travel Showcase 2025.

The event is set to take place in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane on 11 to 13 February with over 800 travel agents registered so far.

This milestone participation underscores Europe’s dedication to fostering strong connections with Australian travellers and industry professionals. Austria, France, Ireland, Italy Malta, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland will promote the continent as a unified and must-visit destination, offering an array of experiences that span centuries of history, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant modern culture.

“This showcase provides an exceptional opportunity for Europe to strengthen its position as a premier travel destination, particularly as international travel continues its strong recovery,” ETC Australia Chapter chair, Sofia Hansson, said. “We’re excited to present a unified European presence, demonstrating the best of what the continent has to offer and inspiring Australian travel agents and industry leaders.”

As part of the showcase, attendees can enjoy unique cultural performances that bring the spirit of Europe to life. Ireland is set to present a captivating Irish dance performance in Sydney, while Spain will dazzle audiences in Melbourne with the fiery passion of flamenco. These highlights offer an unforgettable glimpse into the artistry of European traditions.

The ETC’s involvement in the event also supports its mission to promote sustainable and responsible tourism, ensuring Europe remains a top destination for generations to come.
