The Mai Restaurant at Meliá Chiang Mai
Located on the 21st floor of the iconic hotel, the Mai Restaurant has launched a Thai-inspired afternoon tea for two that pays tribute to the Baan Tawai Wood Carving Village. Savor in spicy prawn salad, Kao Soi croquettes, and Miang Kham. Sweets include black sesame scones with Chiang Mai mulberry jam, macarons, fruit tartlets, and mango ice pops. The afternoon tea package is priced at THB 999 and is available daily from 2 to 4:30pm until 30 September.
The Anam Cam Ranh Beach Club
The casual dining hangout overlook Long Beach and has introduced an experience that celebrates a quintessential comfort food, the burger. Burger day at The Anam Cam Ranh Beach Club is held every Monday from 12 to 3pm and priced at VND 380,000 per guest. They offer a choice of four burgers, a Wagyu beef burger, Char Siu banh mi, char-grilled beef banh mi, and a crispy chicken burger. All burgers are accompanied with fries, a fruit bowl, and either a soft drink or Saigon Beer.
INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit
The Kites Eatery, an all-day dining restaurant, unveils a Pinto Lunch Set menu presented in traditional stacked round Thai lunch boxes. These are offered from 12 to 3pm and celebrates authentic Thai home-cooked dishes. It comprises a starter, main course, side dish, and dessert. There are three different four-course sets to choose from, each featuring different Thai delicacies.
Alma restaurant hopping
Situated in the scenic Cam Ranh peninsula, Alma unveils a restaurant hopping menu that takes guests on a dinner journey that samples highlights of the resort’s eclectic culinary landscape. The experience begins at the Atlantis beachfront restaurant then the Italian trattoria La Casa, and after-dinner cocktails at the Alma Lounge. It is priced at VND 420,000 per person.
Hotel Banyan Tree Krabi
Ever since opening in 2020, Banyan Tree Krabi’s three “Bird’s Nest” tables have been favorites with hotel guests, passing tourists, and locals alike. Chef Tum of the Hotel Banyan Tree Krabi created a new “By Land, By Sea” menu, inspired by the traditional Surf n’ Turf concept. The menu’s appetizer offers spicy lemongrass salat with tiger prawn mousse, followed by a baked lobster with Panang curry fruit sauce. The Bird’s Nest tables that sit perched on a craggy cliff and offer spectacular views overlooking the Andaman Sea.
Ambassador Dinner Cruise
The five-star line behind Halong Bay’s most remarkable cruise experiences, Ambassador Cruise, offers a four-hour dinner cruise amid UNESCO World Heritage listed Halong Bay’s limestone karst-studded waters. The cruise is held on a 500-ton five-floor vessel, the largest and most luxurious ship to sail Halong Bay’s waters. Guests get to indulge in Asian and European delicacies accompanied by a cabaret show, Vietnamese singers, and a live band.
Palace Hotel Tokyo
Renowned for showcasing the best of Japanese hospitality, the Palace Hotel Tokyo has curated a selection of eating and drinking experiences designed to highlight Japan’s vast culinary landscape. ‘The Best of Japan: The Art of Gastronomy’ stay package includes two nights of accommodation, daily breakfast, a choice of a prix-fixe kaiseki lunch or dinner at the hotel’s signature Japanese restaurant Wadakura, accompanied by a matcha tasting. Guests can then opt to enhance their stay with additional on-site or off-site experiences.
Accor Hotels in Cambodia
Accor Hotels in Cambodia, including Raffles Hotel Le Royal and Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor has launched a month-long campaign spotlighting Khmer cuisine, heritage, and hospitality. The “Discover Cambodia” package runs through August and features an array of memorable meals, extraordinary activities, and more.
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi
The iconic 123-year-old luxury hotel has launched a new dining series that brings together Metropole’s award-winning culinary team with some of the best chefs from around the world. The quarterly ‘Rendez-vous’ series, hosted in the hotel’s modern French fine-dining restaurant Le Beaulieu, spotlights Michelin-star guest chefs working in tandem with Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele to produce one-of-a-kind gastronomic experiences.
