    Luxury Travel Collection’s independent brand group was treated to an exquisite dining ‘expedition’ event at Raffles Hotel, Singapore by Hurtigruten & HX Expedition.

    Celebrating the start of a brand-new financial year ahead of ILTM Asia Pacific this week, the tour was hosted by Damian Perry, managing director, APAC, Hurtigruten & HX Expedition, the experience was held at Raffles’ feted fine dining establishment, Yì.

    Yì, or ‘art’ in Chinese Mandarin, is the masterstroke dining creation of Jereme Leung, one of the most influential chefs in the modern Chinese culinary movement, with guests enjoying fhef Leung’s Exclusive Selections Set Menu.

    Along with Hurtigruten’s Damian Parry and General Manager, LTC Member Portfolio, Nikki Glading, guests included Robyn Sinfield of Home Travel Company; Justine Sealey of Ramsgate Travel Service, Destination HQ’s Nicole Grant, Alison Haley and Byron Horne of Bicton Travel and Travel Experts’ Stephen Green.

    As guests of ILTM Asia Pacific, LTC’s independent brand’s senior leaders will spend the week
    meeting many of the finest luxury travel suppliers in the world.
