25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird has officially landed in Jakarta’s Sudirman Central Business District, debuting a dynamic hospitality concept in Jakarta.

Nestled in District 8, atop the iconic ASHTA Mall, the 38-storey Jakarta property offers 210 rooms and 135 residences

Founded in 2001, 25hours has 16 properties around the world including destinations like Berlin, Paris, Zurich and Copenhagen.

The brand’s newest addition celebrates the vibrant paradoxes of Jakarta, reflecting both the rapid modernization of the city and its deep-rooted cultural heritage.

“We are not just creating a place to stay, we are crafting unforgettable experiences, setting new standards while giving guests the liberty to express themselves,” Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird GM Jesper Soerensen said.

“Inspired by the urban jungle overtaken by Indonesia’s nature, this hotel is your playground of possibilities, where weird is wonderful. It’s the Paradise of Paradoxes.”

Mid-century architectural styles, the hotel is a sanctuary of eclectic design, authentic hospitality, and genuine human connection. Guests will find real people, real tastes, and real experiences throughout every aspect of their stay.

Designed for modern urbanites, the hotel’s Creative Lounges provide flexible meeting spaces with communal pantries, perfect for brainstorming sessions or intimate events. With ten lounges spanning the 9th and 53rd floors, and a 530 sqm ballroom with outdoor deck and panoramic views, the hotel caters to both corporate events and social gatherings.

Guests also enjoy perks such as a Schindelhauer bike to explore the city, a free minibar, and a canvas or Freitag bag for use during their stay.

The 9th floor Spa & Wellness offers a serene retreat with a range of curated treatments designed to rejuvenate and restore balance. From massages and facials to ice baths and oxygen therapy, each service is crafted to promote rapid recovery and wellbeing. Guests can detox in the state-of-the-art infrared sauna, recharge with an IV drip, or meditate in tranquil surroundings.

Serious foodies will be revel in COPA, the hotel’s signature restaurant on the 8th floor, led by Executive Chef Matias Mardones from Chile.

COPA takes diners on a journey through Latin America with wood-infused charcoal grill dishes paired with spicy margaritas or mezcal negronis. Additionally, the Cabana venue by the infinity pool offers a more laid-back vibe with plant-based snacks and refreshing cocktails, creating a holistic zone for relaxation.

Garth Simmons, COO of Accor’s premium, midscale and economy division in Asia said the opening marks  not only a wonderful new hotel, but a long-term commitment to enriching the travel landscape for all generations.

“Asia continues to be a rapidly evolving market, and we are excited to play a role in the region’s growing tourism sector,” he said.

Guests who want to be among the first to experience 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird can enjoy an exclusive opening rate starting from IDR 2,800,000 (AU $270) net, including breakfast for two, available from November 22, 2024, to April 30, 2025.
