Hold on to your hats: Andy Lark is speaking at Travel DAZE!

We hope you’re ready, because Travel DAZE is only three days away!

If you’ve just started panicking because you still don’t have tickets, don’t worry – you can still nab them.

And we’ve even got a special discount for you!

You can head to this link to receive a whopping 50 per cent off your ticket, right now. Yep, you heard us right. Half-price tickets!

But here’s the catch: only the first 10 people to buy tickets will receive them at half price, so you’d better hurry – before they’re all gone for good.

This event is the only TEDx-style conference for the travel industry, and is set to be one of the best, most educational events of the year, with stellar speakers presenting on topics like technology, marketing, and innovation in the industry.

One of those speakers includes all-round inspiration Andy Lark, chief marketing officer at Foxtel.

Andy is regarded as one of the world’s leading thinkers on marketing and business disruption, and has raised and deployed billions of dollars to realize the potential of innovation.

He has won over 100 awards for work in building brands and creating online capabilities and his work was recognised with the NZ Government’s prestigious World Class New Zealander Award and the Flying Kiwi Award for outstanding contribution to the NZ technology industry.

And he’s speaking at this year’s Travel DAZE.

Find out why Andy’s excited about the event (and a sneak peak of what’s to come) below – and grab your half price tickets here while you still can!

Travel Weekly: What are you most looking forward to at Travel DAZE 2018?

Andy Lark: Learning from others.

TW: The event’s theme is Kick Arse. How are you kicking arse in your current role at Foxtel?

AL: By reinventing Entertainment like never before.

TW: What’s been the most rewarding travel experience you’ve ever had and why?

AL: Spicers Peak Lodge. Amazing setting. Amazing food and wine. Great people. An intimate and inspiring experience.

TW: What message do you hope you can impart to the attendees of Travel DAZE?

AL: Getting the fundamentals of customer experience right is important but not enough. You need to create and orchestrate Peak Experiences that burn into your customer’s memories – that become part of their personal narrative.

TW: Who’s been your greatest inspiration in the travel industry and why?

AL: David Asseff and the founders of Flight Center. They are doing an incredible job at Spicers and in the mainstream travel market at the same time. Never bet against humans creating incredible experiences.

Travel DAZE 2018 will be held on Monday, September 3 2018, at Belvoir St Theatre. Grab your tickets right here, and for all the other deets, head to the website.
