Inside the NEXT Hotel Brisbane

The NEXT Hotel Brisbane has been revealed to the trade during an industry event late last week.

Located on Queen’s Street Mall in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD and shopping precinct, Silverneedle choose the site of Chifley ​at Lennons as the perfect location for its first Australian NEXT Hotel, a 304 room redevelopment. The property opened its doors six months ago and is fast becoming one of the city’s premier dining destinations.

Designed to address the needs of the modern traveller, the NEXT Hotel Brisbane empowers guests with choice, flexibility and control. Each room is equipped with smart technology, a mobile phone which allows the guest the control the A/C settings, TV, lighting all from the same device. For the duration of their stay, guests can used the mobile for local calls and can change room settings remotely from “Do Not Disturb” to “Make up Room” or vice versa.

Guests can also download the NEXT App so that next time they visit they can check in and out without ever having to speak to the front desk – ideal for the frequent business traveller. Each guest is allowed up to four items from the mini bar daily, and dry cleaning is available at extremely competitive rates.

For those guests who arrive early, or on a flight leaving late in the day, sleep pods, showering and locker facilities are available.

Lennons Restaurant and Bar is set to impress, with captivating and multiple cooking styles focusing on a wood-fired oven, the sizzling Brazilian BBQ and grill, a flaming Asian wok, all complimented with an impressive wine list. Then finish the evening in an upbeat atmosphere at Pooltino, a terrace bar on level four that boasts its own lap pool.
