Inspiring Journeys unveils new itineraries for 2025/2026 season

Inspiring Journeys, the sister brand of AAT Kings Group and a renowned provider of immersive, small-group premium travel experiences, has announced its new 2025/2026 season itineraries.

The new itineraries feature three brand-new tours that promise to uncover the best-kept secrets of Australia. In celebration of these new tours, Inspiring Journeys is offering travellers the opportunity to save up to $5,200 per couple on selected itineraries, including additional savings for early bookings.

“Inspiring Journeys is thrilled to introduce these new itineraries, each designed to offer a deeper connection to some of Australia’s most captivating regions, AAT Kings Group CEO, Ben Hall, said.

“Guests will not only uncover hidden gems and immerse themselves in the local culture but will also benefit from significant savings as part of our new season celebration. We are known for providing travellers with more than just holidays, and these new experiences are set to impart memories that stay with our travellers long after they return home.”

The 2025/2026 season tour highlights span both Australia and New Zealand, featuring new tours across Western Australia, South Australia, and Tasmania with new experiences added to itineraries across New Zealand.

New Inspiring Journey tours include an 11-day tour of Kimberley Gorges and Gibb River Road, a 7-day Tasting Tasmania and Flinders Island journey, and a 7-day South Australia Murray River Cruise and Wine itinerary.

The brand is also welcoming a multitude of new elements to its New Zealand tours. This includes accommodation at Furneaux Lodge in the Marlborough Sounds as well as Trinity Wharf Tauranga and Lake Ohau lodge in addition to experiences like visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set and Overland Gannett Safaris.

New Tours

South Australia Murray River Cruise & Wine Journey
Travellers experience true exploration of South Australia’s most scenic and serene landscapes, combined with an indulgent culinary journey. From the vibrant flavours of Adelaide’s famous Central Market, to a gin-blending masterclass at the 23rd Distillery. After which, guests can unwind on a tranquil Murray River cruise aboard the Proud Mary riverboat.

Kimberley Gorges & Gibb River Road Journey
This tour brings guests to the best of the outback with an itinerary featuring tranquil cruises through the Ord River and Chamberlain Gorge. It also visits hidden spots like Barket Pool and has stays at secluded lodges such as the Mount Hart Wilderness Lodge and Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge. Guests get to take in the dramatic landscapes of Kimberley with guided tours of Windjana Gorge and Tunnel Creek.

Tasting Tasmania & Flinders Island Journey
The itinerary ensures travellers get hits of nature, history, and gastronomy by experiencing culinary highlights through Launceston, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy. The itinerary features everything from paddock-to-plate dining to seafood feasts with local specialties. It also features scenic flights over the breathtaking Bay of Fires and Wineglass Bay, and a stay at the iconic Barnbougle Lost Farm Links Golf Course.

In celebration of the new season, Inspiring Journeys is offering up to 10 per cent savings on select tours for bookings made between 29 July 2024 and 15 January 2025, with travel dates available from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Travellers who book and pay by 30 September 2024 can enjoy an additional five per cent off.
