Intrepid reveals new agent hub and ‘Sell 10, Get 1 Free’ incentive
Edited by Travel Weekly

Intrepid Travel has launched its Agent Hub with a whole new look and feel to provide agents with a better user experience.

The platform offers agents refreshed training modules, marketing tools and social media assets, incentives, regular updates, and more.

Yvette Thompson, Intrepid’s general manager of sales & partnerships ANZ, is excited to share the new platform’s features, including single sign on from Intrepid’s Agent Portal.

“Our agents remain busier than ever, so we’ve put a lot of thought into ensuring our new Agent Hub provides them with the content and support they need to work more efficiently,” Thompson said.

The hub includes bite sized training modules that agents can access at any time, a library of branded images that they can use for their own social channels and EDMs, invitations to exclusive agent events and fundraisers, and incentives to ensure they are getting the chance to educate themselves by travelling on an Intrepid trip.

Improving accessibility was another key focus of the update, with Thompson adding, “The hub can be accessed from agent’s computers or phones and all they need is their Agent Portal log ins for seamless access – whether they’re in-store, remote or looking to learn on-the-go.”

Prior to launching the platform, Intrepid engaged a number of agents to trial the new features and adopted their feedback to ensure the content was aligned to their needs.

Today, Intrepid also launches its brand new ‘Sell 10, Get 1 Free’ incentive, which will allow agents who sell 10 Intrepid trips to experience a small group adventure for themselves. Agents will be able to choose their trip from a growing list found on the hub.

This week, the Intrepid Partnerships team will feature an exclusive series of ‘hot tips’ on how to use the platform on their agent Facebook group, which is accessible here.

While the platform launches exclusively to agents across Australia and New Zealand this week, the Agent Hub will roll out to Intrepid’s global agent network by the end of 2023.

Agents can access the new Intrepid Agent Hub here and sign in using their Agent Portal logins.
