The all-inclusive journey from Brisbane to Adelaide (and vice versa) offers a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and celebration at one of the busiest times of the year. From enjoying the coastal landscapes and charming towns to indulging in memorable dining and Off Train Experiences, the Great Southern promises an unforgettable way to celebrate the festive season and ring in the New Year.

Alicia Triggs added: “A 30 per cent saving, this holiday journey becomes even more enticing and accessible for your clients looking to create lasting memories during the holiday season. Our ‘Festive Saving’ is perfectly timed to provide clients with the financial freedom to fully enjoy the holiday season with loved ones.”

Guests can expect all the holiday trimmings onboard the train, with an inspired menu featuring Tasmanian salmon with a jewelled salad topping, creme fraiche dressing, roast turkey breast, cherry & pistachio stuffing, jus and duck fat potatoes. They can also feast on a fruit mince pie or tiggies Christmas pudding, laden with custard & brandy cream. In true Christmas spirit, guests can also expect a special appearance by the Santa Claus.

The departures on 23 and 30 December will have guests spending the day at Clyde Park in the Moorabool Valley. They will enjoy an oyster bar and a sumptuous long lunch whilst being entertained on the glorious lawns.
