Edited by Travel Weekly

Ki Williams has joined TTC Tour Brands as Key Account Manager, working with a portfolio of consortia partners to nurture and drive the demand and sales opportunities that are currently being seen in Australia.

With her wealth of travel industry experience spanning over 14 years, Ki’s proven record within sales and business development, along with her key account management expertise and trade partner relationships, strategically align with her appointment in the role of Key Account Manager at TTC Tour Brands. Ki is also not new to the TTC Tour Brands portfolio, as she was previously a Sales Manager in Queensland for the Trafalgar and Costsaver brands between 2015-2020, during which she was awarded TTC Global Sales Manager of the year award in 2017.

Andrew Young, General Manager Sales, TTC Tour Brands Oceania comments; “Ki returning to TTC Tour Brands is both a huge win for TTC and for our key trade partners in Australia. Ki’s outlook mirrors that of the TTC Tour Brands sales leadership, which is that our sustainable growth will come from the rebound and prosperity of our key trade partners, in particular home-based networks.

”Ki’s deep understanding of the needs and opportunities for non-traditional travel agents in this post-pandemic landscape sets up an incredibly collaborative and partnership-centric environment for us to better support these channels into the future. And, with Ki’s successful history with TTC, her experience will be enjoyed and benefited from by all within her new portfolio.”

Of her role Ki Williams says, “I’m honoured to be back within the TTC family, and in a role that works with key home-based and OTA partners, could not be at a better time as there has been so much growth in these segments over the last few years. Training and development are key areas that I am extremely passionate about, and I look forward to getting stuck in to help my key accounts succeed with focusing on these areas. With TTC Tour Brands having a trade first focus, it’s exciting to have a targeted role like this to work with key accounts collaboratively on what will deliver results for both parties. Thank you to the TTC Tour Brands team for a warm welcome back and I look forward to a successful 2024.”

With this role Ki will build on the already successful relationships with key accounts whilst elevating the product knowledge of the TTC Tour Brands portfolio. Her remit will be in growing sales with training, product development and marketing.
