MSC Cruises has announced a partnership with “F1“, the highly anticipated Formula 1 racing movie starring Brad Pitt and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.

The partnership brings together two global leaders in their respective fields to drive change through their shared passion for excellence, sustainability, and global entertainment.

The Apple Original Films by director Joseph Kosinski is due for release in theatres across the world (and in IMAX by Warner Bros. Pictures) in North America on 27 June 2025 and internationally from 25 June 2025.

The Formula 1 racing film features Pitt as a former driver who returns to racing, alongside Damson Idris as his teammate at APXGP, a fictional team.

It was shot during actual Grand Prix weekends as the team competes against the titans of the sport. The cast also includes Academy Award nominee Kerry Condon, Academy Award winner Javier Bardem, Emmy Award winner and Golden Globe nominee Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo.

MSC Cruises is a Formula 1 Global Partner, having entered into a multi-year deal running through to the end of the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The movie will feature the cruise line logo on the team kit and on the track.
