Norwegian Cruise Line announces new resources to support travel advisors for the 2025 WAVE Season

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced new resources to help travel advisors capitalise on the cruise industry’s peak booking period, the 2025 WAVE Season.

With a focus on delivering “MORE”, more destinations, more value, and more opportunities for success, NCL is dedicated to helping advisors grow their business and maximise bookings.

NCL’s new Wave Hub includes a step-by-step guides to prepare travel advisors for success this season.

Key resources include:

  • Norwegian Central: A go-to platform for booking tools, marketing assets, and specialised training through NCLU.
  • NCLU (Norwegian Cruise Line University): Engaging courses to enhance cruise knowledge and earn perks, including Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) credits and cruise discounts.
  • Book-a-BDM: Meetings with local Business Development Managers (BDMs) for tailored advice on campaigns, promotions, and group booking benefits.
  • WAVE Marketing Toolkit: A suite of ready-to-use materials, including flyers and social media content, to help promote offerings.
  • NCL Connect: Ability to create and share co-branded content easily or utilise a personalised website featuring NCL sailings and live pricing to inspire clients and generate leads directly.
  • Partners First Rewards: Ability to submit WAVE season bookings to earn bonus points redeemable for gift cards from top brands.

Travel advisors in Australia can also join NCL’s exclusive WAVE season webinar on 12 December, which is being hosted by Australian BDMs Aaron Dodkin and Craig McLaurin (11am. AEDT).
