The recently refurbished Pan Pacific Perth has announced the launch of its Wellness Program, a holistic approach designed to bring well-being to the forefront of every stay.

Curated exclusively in collaboration with wellness concierge, Todd Brodie, a former professional athlete and dual scholarship holder of the Australian Institute of Sport, the program caters to guests at every stage of their fitness journey, offering flexibility and inclusivity.

Available through the in-room Wellness Channel, the program delivers energising workouts, guided meditation, and Pilates sessions that require no special equipment or attire. Guests can effortlessly recharge, refocus, and relax, seamlessly integrating wellness into their schedule.

Guests can also enjoy the Sleep Experience Menu, featuring sleep-supportive teas, nourishing late-night snacks, and wind-down options designed to promote deep rest. Additionally, wellness dining options such as juices, fresh snacks, and wholesome meals ensure nourishment throughout the day.

For meetings and events, wellness breaks, and mindfulness sessions offer moments of calm and focus, helping attendees’ recharge and stay productive. Paired with healthy menu options, these additions make conferences and events both engaging and balanced. To celebrate the launch, the hotel is offering complimentary Wellness and Mindfulness Breaks as an add-on for any new conference or event booked for 2025.

“There is a real need in the hospitality business, and for people of all walks of life to de-stress and be more mindful of their health and wellness,” said Brodie who has been a Hotel PT & Pilates instructor since 2007.

“I have spent many years across Australia training local and international guests as well as clients and corporate teams and have seen firsthand the importance and benefit of looking after one’s health & well-being especially when you travel. This is a brilliant and thoughtful edition for Pan Pacific Perth, which has undergone such an incredible transformation.”
