QT Singapore reopens modern rooms and renewed focus on culinary excellence
QT Hotels & Resorts has officially launched its first Southeast Asian location – QT Singapore – bringing its signature playful luxury to the heart of the city.
Set within the revitalised Telegraph heritage building on Robinson Road, the hotel offers a mix of bold design, culinary excellence and the brand’s renowned “unexpected & unrequested” service.
Norman Arundel, the director of EVT Hotels and Resorts, said the hotel’s opening was a ‘phenomenal transformation.
“QT Singapore is ready to bring its bold and creatively charged hospitality to the heart of Singapore’s culturally vibrant district,” he said.
“With a new signature restaurant led by award-winning chef Sean Connolly and the stunning labyrinth rooftop pool and bar, guests will stay, dine and immerse themselves with unexpected delight. We can’t wait to welcome local and international guests through our doors and begin a new chapter for this iconic building and for QT globally.”
Charles Tan, the executive director of Sunray Singapore (the hotel’s owner) said he was excited about his company’s collaboration with EVT.

“The refurbishment of this heritage building by Sunray, a seasoned player in this field, marks an exciting new chapter for the tourism landscape in Singapore. With 134 redesigned guest rooms and suites, QT Singapore offers luxurious accommodations equipped with the latest technology, including iPad-controlled room functions, Chromecast, and wireless Bose speakers. Guests will also enjoy premium amenities like bespoke QT Dream Beds and Dyson hair products. The hotel’s public spaces feature stunning artwork by former Singapore-based artist Jill Tran, whose illustrations bring an artistic flair to the guest experience.
Guests at QT Singapore can also indulge in top-tier dining experiences at Cygnet, a Manhattan-inspired steakhouse led by celebrated chef Sean Connolly.
“Our menu brings together top-quality proteins with rich, bold flavours that excite the palate,” he said, “It’s all about creating memorable dining moments with table-side service and world-class wines.”
For those looking for a scenic escape, Rooftop at QT offers breathtaking views of the Singapore skyline, paired with creative cocktails made from local ingredients. The rooftop features a captivating labyrinth pool, providing the perfect setting for relaxation or evening reflection.
QT Singapore has officially opened its doors at 35 Robinson Road, welcoming guests from Singapore and beyond for stays, dining, and rooftop experiences that redefine luxury.
