Regent Seven Seas Cruises adds to Alaska voyage with 6-day land program
Edited by Travel Weekly

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has added an optional six-night pre-cruise land program to its 2025 Alaska voyages that includes two days on board the Rocky Mountaineer, for a limited number of guests.

The journey begins as guests step on board Rocky Mountaineer to enjoy two days of all-inclusive GoldLeaf Service, traversing the majestic landscape from Banff to Vancouver. The panoramic windows of the luxury bi-level, glass-dome coaches offer views of the Canadian Rockies, including turquoise lakes, and dramatic canyons. With GoldLeaf Service, guests will indulge in regionally inspired cuisine prepared by executive chefs. Once in Vancouver, guests will step on board Seven Seas Explorer, for a seven-night all-inclusive voyage, sailing from Vancouver, British Columbia, to Seward, Alaska.

“A sailing with Regent Seven Seas Cruises is a journey like no other – and the world-renowned Rocky Mountaineer experience is the perfect complement to our destination-immersive adventures in Alaska,” said Andrea DeMarco, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Our goal is to craft truly unforgettable moments for our guests. Regent’s unique included and unlimited shore excursions offer unrivalled opportunities for exploration. From gliding past majestic glaciers to spotting magnificent humpback whales in their natural habitat, these are memories of a lifetime. We are excited to offer discerning guests the opportunity to elevate their Alaskan adventure to new heights with this incredible land program, beginning May 2025.”

The six-night land program will journey from Calgary to Vancouver, allowing travellers to explore the stunning Canadian Rockies including the alpine mountain town of Banff. This unique experience includes a full-day tour of Yoho National Park, where guests can discover powerful waterfalls, emerald lakes and national heritage sites, plus an opportunity to discover picturesque Banff – in addition to transfers and hotel accommodation.

The Regent and Rocky Mountaineer Experience will be available on five Vancouver to Seward, Alaska voyages sailing in summer 2025:
