“Our travel advisors are integral to our success at Regent, so our priority is to ensure they have all the tools and skills they need to succeed,” said Caroline Smith, managing director – International of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Regent Elevate is our latest program that we created with our travel partners in mind. Through Regent Elevate, our partners will have access to marketing insights, unrivalled sales support, and growth-enhancing opportunities.”

As part of the launch of Regent Elevate, Regent has unveiled three flagship initiatives under the three key pillars of the new program.

Elevated Insights

Elevated Insights will help travel partners excel in the luxury cruise market through training, market research and data to help target Regent guests, as well as guidance on a wide-range of marketing disciplines from Regent’s in-house experts.

As part of Regent Elevate, RSSC University has launched with Undergraduate, Bachelor and Master graduate degree levels and new courses to provide travel partners with a strong basis to sell Regent cruises.

Regent University degree courses

To launch the new RSSC University, travel partners in Australia and New Zealand will be awarded up to 20 CLIA accreditation points when completing the three degrees, with an additional opportunity to earn an AU/NZ$100 Gift Card upon completion of two out of three degrees.

“As part of Regent’s ongoing commitment and support to our valued trade partners, we are thrilled to release our incredibly popular RSSC University, making it more accessible than ever before. We are providing more training, support and incentives, with the desire to assist our travel partners to grow their luxury cruise business and ensure that they continue to thrive in an ever-evolving travel landscape, while delivering exceptional value to clients,” said Lisa Pile, VP sales & GM, Asia Pacific, Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “And this is only the beginning – we have many more compelling Regent Elevate initiatives to be rolled out in 2024.”
