Pullman Adelaide is a perfect blend of modern luxury and convenience, nestled in the heart of Adelaide’s vibrant city centre, making it an ideal destination for business and leisure travellers.

Look & Feel 

The Pullman Adelaide is located just minutes from the city’s main shopping strip and a short (and flat) 15-minute walk from the Adelaide Oval precinct and the new EOS by SkyCity which houses the casino.

The Pullman Adelaide has a classy in-house dining option, the Parc Brasserie and Bar. With a menu that celebrates local ingredients and captures the flavours of France, Italy and the Mediterranean, it’s a no-brainer to enjoy a meal here.

Highlights from the menu include a take on poulet Basquaise, a classic French-Basque dish or lamb cutlets from Kangaroo Island.

At PARC Bar, guests are treated to an exceptional array of wine, whiskey, and gin, each handpicked to elevate your experience. Discover a blend of flavours from acclaimed local distilleries or world-famous producers in Scotland, France and Japan. A curated selection of local and imported beers, classic cocktails, and refined aperitifs, all crafted to perfectly complement the menu.

Special mention to the breakfast buffet, which at $42, comes at a premium price point, but lives up to expectations. With locally sourced produce and a range of hot and cold options available to go with your morning coffee, there really is no better way to start your day in Adelaide.
