Scenic’s online HUB the place to be

Scenic is equipping agents with the tools needed to better sell the product with the launch of an online portal called Scenic HUB.

The Travel Agent Resource Centre, has been designed to increase speed to market of information allowing agents to access information and marketing materials immediately, and drive the use of online resources such as Express Book.

Scenic HUB is a secure site that agents can access at any time of day and contains a wealth of useful information and documents including details on Scenic USPs:

  • high level information on current Earlybird and Scenic Savings offers plus any additional special offers that are currently in market
  • a product information section with a library of documents relating to each destination
  • a marketing tools section with a library of resources agents can download to promote Scenic cruises and tours to their clients such as press releases, social media tools and radio scripts
  • a training section with a library of training tools including a range of manuals and guides as well as the ability to watch pre-recorded webinars.

There is also an artwork creator section where agents can create customised artworks with their agency contact details and logo such as flyers, information session invitations and posters.

Scenic general manager sales and marketing, Michelle Black, commented “We’re excited to launch this project to our valued travel agent partners. The initial uptake by the agent community has exceeded our expectations which is fantastic. Scenic HUB will evolve over time in both content and functionality based on feedback we receive from the agent network but in the long term we will plan to develop an online training module system, expand the artwork creator with a live feed to pricing and availability, and launch a live online chat facility to name a few.”

The site can be found at scenic.com.au/hub where agents will be asked to register.

For more information on Scenic HUB, agents should contact their Sales Development Manager.
