Known for providing boutique accommodations that offer a uniquely Tasmanian immersion, The Rox invites couples to experience its intimate charm for small wedding celebrations.

The Rox Penthouse boasts 211sqm of self-contained opulence that features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six guests. It also has indoor and outdoor spaces, including a rooftop terrace.

Owner of The Rox, Mary Brownell, said the Penthouse is perfect for small wedding parties.

“We have had bride and bridesmaids stay to get ready for the wedding and return afterwards for a special place for the bride and groom to stay privately or with family members,” she said.

“The space offers a unique blend of privacy and convenience. Its spacious living areas provide a retreat for relaxation, while the versatile space lends itself beautifully to intimate get-togethers or celebrations.

“Our aim is to offer a sanctuary where couples can celebrate their love in a setting that feels both luxurious and personal,” Brownell said. “We understand the importance of these moments and strive to make them unforgettable.”

Guests are surrounded by contemporary elegance and panoramic views of Hobart’s vibrant cityscape. This backdrop is enhanced by catering from Tasmania’s most celebrated chefs and gourmet producers.

“We have strong ties with some of the most covetable dining establishments in the region and can help our guests arrange private, in-room dining experiences,” she explained.

The Rox further immerses guests into Tasmania’s famous high-end, creative scene with design accents exclusively crafted by local artisans.

“Imagine indulging in gourmet creations crafted with local Tasmanian ingredients, served against a backdrop adorned with decorations curated by local artists. Every detail reflects a commitment to style and sophistication, ensuring your event is as seamless as it is memorable,” she added.
