Edited by Travel Weekly

Topdeck, the provider of ‘Feel Real’ group travel for 18- to 39-year-olds, has announced its Experience More Europe Winter promotion offering Topdeckers savings of up to $1500 off selected departures to Europe.

The offer is available for departures between 1 October 2024 and 31 March 2025 if booked by 7 August 2024. There are more than 1500 places available to book now with this huge discount.

“In the winter you get to experience more in Europe than in the summer,” GM of APAC at Global Touring, Anna Fawcett, said.

“Explorations are endless and our customers can choose to go as hardcore as they please. Winter already saves money for our clients with it being out of peak season, but this additional saving shows now really is the best time to book and lock in this winter’s holiday.”

Topdeck guests can access Your Inclusions, which are included activities and experiences such as city walking tours with local guides and visits to breathtaking lakes, plus Your Options a collection of carefully chosen optional excursions designed to take the trips to the next level.

    New Topdeck app

Your Options are bookable through the new Topdeck app and include awe inspiring activities such as skydiving or helicopter ride over the Swiss Alps, a scenic excursion to Jungfrau known as The Top of Europe, an excursion to Mt Titlis, central Switzerland’s tallest mountain, a visit to Bamburgh Castle, a location used in popular Netflix show Last Kingdom, skiing in Norway, snowshoeing in Lulea, tobogganing in the Alps, Northern Lights hunting in Lapland following a geothermal bath, a hike up Vatnajökull glacier and a crystal ice cave tour, a whale-watching boat ride in Reykjavík.

Included and optional winter experiences include Guy Fawkes night, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, where special dinners or nights out are planned so the groups can celebrate collectively. Topdeck’s City Insiders, experts on the ground giving the Local Low Down in cities across Europe, are also active on the app providing timely recommendations and must-dos. These winter tours are all found within Topdeck’s collection of different trip styles, which vary by group size, pace, the amount of free time, and the types of activities and experiences on each trip. Get Social trips are TopDeck Travel’s traditional trips – fast paced, non-stop adventure. Play and Pause tours provide the perfect combination of group activities and all-important ‘you time”, with smaller group sizes. Delve Deep tours are TopDeck Travel’s most inquisitive and are ideal for those who seek in-depth, local experiences and who want to throw themselves into local history and culture.

This huge saving can also be combined with one of Topdeck’s Non-Stop Saving Discounts – the Loyalty Discount (5 per cent discount for returning customers), the Friend-Zone Discount (10 per cent discount when Topdeckers book with a group of four of more friends) or the Multi-Trip Discount (10 per cent discount if two or more Topdeck trips are booked at the same time).
