LOAM, the all-day restaurant at Ace Hotel Sydney, has partnered with Two Good Co. for the Chef Dinner Series. The event was started in October 2023 to mark the release of Two Good’s third cookbook, Change The Course. The dinner series continues to honour the book’s theme of “do more with less” with each new iteration.

For its third installment, Alvarez will create multi-course menus paired with wines by Balmy Nights.

“I wanted to write a menu that felt comforting and delicious, but also communal,” she said. “To me, that’s something that Two Good provides to women in need through the food they sell and their programs. I’m so proud to be supporting this incredible organisation by doing what I love, which is feeding people.”

The menu includes anchovy zeppole with lemon and chilli, fish crudo with blood orange and new season olive oil, saffron lasagnette with spiced pork and fennel ragu, radicchio salad with meyer lemon and parmiggiano, and chocolate tiramisu. Danielle’s lasagnette and salad dishes will also remain on the menu as monthly specials at LOAM throughout the month of July.

“Danielle’s values line up perfectly with that of Two Good and we couldn’t be more honoured to have her lead the next instalment of our Chef Dinner Series,” says Two Good founder, Rob Caslick.

“Anyone that has had the pleasure of eating Danielle’s food knows not only how delicious it is, but how lovingly and thoughtfully prepared it is too. It’s wholesome and nourishing food at its best, sourced and prepared with the utmost care and respect, and we’re thrilled to have that as the centrepiece for a beautiful evening.”
