Virgin Australia releases ‘Magic Midweek Gold Coast Sale’ airfares as low as $69

A Queensland beach getaway is calling, with Virgin Australia announcing a sale on over 30,000 Gold Coast seats from as low as $69* Economy one-way, in its ‘Magic Midweek Gold Coast Sale’.

The sale fares are valid on flights departing Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra and the Gold Coast (both directions), giving travellers the opportunity to snag a bargain fare for a midweek getaway or a long weekend.

Sale fares are available to book here until 11:59pm AEST next Sunday 25 June 2023 (or until sold out) on select Gold Coast flights departing between 25 July 2023 and 26 March 2024, perfect for Australians looking to escape the chilly winter months or embrace a Queensland summer.

For travellers looking to stretch their legs, Virgin Australia is also offering a 10 per cent discount on Economy-X (extra leg room Economy) seating which also includes priority check-in, boarding and dedicated overhead lockers.

Virgin Australia includes Velocity Frequent Flyer Points and Status Credits earn with eligible bookings, helping travellers to climb the Status ranks or build that Points balance faster.
