How to experience destinations minus the airfare

Young smiling woman coloring book for adults in her office or apartment, Enjoy coffee break while coloring book for adults. Adults Coloring Book.

Get creative, and colour your way around the world with the new adult colouring book.

Jet2holidays and Jet2CityBreaks have produced an adult colouring book, featuring some of the most popular cities around the world.

Adult colouring books have been shown to help relieve everyday stress and lower anxiety levels. As flying can be a nervous activity for some passengers, hopefully dreaming of the most beautiful cities around the world whilst colouring in their most famous icons will make those journeys easier.

Colouring books have also been shown to help with wider mental health issues. A lot of great work is being done at present to raise awareness of mental health issues and fight against any stigma associated with them.

There has been a bunch of research proving how colouring books have a positive on adults, just check out some studies done by Medical Daily, Huffington Post and CNN.

It’s available to download here.
