Wendy Wu Tours has unveiled its latest travel experience, the Namibia Adventure, which helps guests discover Africa’s untamed beauty.

The exclusive 12-day Go Beyond tour promises to take travellers to see iconic landscapes, rich culture, and diverse wildlife on an unforgettable, carefully curated experiences.

Namibia is one of Africa’s most unique destinations, home to some of the continent’s most stark and raw landscapes. The country’s unspoiled beauty is captivating and incredibly photogenic, with a large portion of the land considered inhospitable yet teeming with rare desert-adapted animals like lions and elephants. Namibia is name for the ancient Namib Desert, which stretches along its entire 1,500km coastline, and is also home to the rugged wilderness of Damaraland and the Kalahari Desert.

Highlights include:

  • Etosha National Park Safari: A haven for wildlife, it is home to more than 144 species, including lions, elephants, and rhinos, thriving in their diverse habitats of dense bush and open plains.
  • Himba Village Tour: Travellers can get a rare glimpse into the life of the semi-nomadic Himba people, learning about their age-old traditions, unique dress, and rituals that have remained unchanged for generations.
  • Brandberg Mountain & Tsisab Gorge: Travellers discover the sacred San Rock Paintings, including the famous White Lady drawing, believed to be over 2,000 years old, as they journey through the Tsisab Gorge at the foot of the Brandberg Mountain.
  • Sossusvlei & Dune 45: Wendy Wu takes guests to explore the red dunes of Sossusvlei, a vast landscape where the towering Dune 45 provides panoramic views of the surrounding desert and the striking white salt pans of Deadvlei.
  • Sesriem Canyon: Carved by the Tsauchab River over millions of years, the canyon offers spectacular views at every turn.
  • Walvis Bay cruise: The rich waters of Walvis Bay is home to whales, dolphins, mola, leatherback turtles, and seals. Guests aboard can also soak in the beauty of Namibia’s famed Skeleton Coast.

Namibia’s wilderness is filled with geological wonders like the sun-baked clay pans of Sossusvlei and the craggy rock formations of the north, making it an adventurer’s paradise. The weather, which remains sunny nearly all of the time, makes it even more delightful to explore.

The Namibia Adventure is priced from $11,680 per person, twin share and is available for travel in 2025.
