Oh, and she’s also a speaker at the upcoming Travel DAZE forum thingy we keep banging on about!

Sound impressive? That’s because it is.

Bath is an absolute trailblazer in this digital travel apocalypse that is rocking the boat in our industry, and knows exactly how important it is to dive headlong into the future and fight off the zombies.

A highly sought after instagrammer by tourism boards and brands the world over, Lauren Bath started out as a chef turned photographer, thanks to her early success on top photo sharing site Instagram.

Quitting her job in early 2013, Lauren launched full force into a career in the tourism industry, effectively becoming Australia’s first professional “instagrammer”!

Since then Bath has diversified into other social media platforms, as well as travel writing, and has also become involved with project management and education.

With a passion for tourism and a hands on approach to social media she has grown her online community to upwards of half a million followers.

An incredibly prominent leader in the world of digital disruption and well equipped to survive this travel apocalypse, Bath will undoubtedly be one speaker to put on your list.

So what are you still waiting for? The apocalypse is upon us!
