The Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) will host an expert-led webinar on Thursday 28 May unpacking performance management.
Led by national manager workplace advice at Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors Fiona Corbett, the practical 30-minute session will guide members through setting clear expectations and KPIs, addressing issues early through informal feedback and structuring effective performance conversations that drive results.
Corbett brings over 30 years of experience in industrial relations, human resources and business management across roles with the Federal Government and leading Sydney law firms.
The webinar is exclusively available to ATIA accredited members and ideal for business owners and managers looking to balance accountability with team engagement to support staff while maintaining high standards across organisations.
“As part of ATIA’s support for members, the webinar will provide valuable, applicable advice for members to maximise their business’s performance whilst supporting their staff,” ATIA CEO Dean Long said.
“ATIA represents and advocates for Australian travel businesses; including every staff member in every team. It’s part of our mission to help the whole travel industry feel supported to work at their full potential.”
The webinar reflects ATIA’s ongoing commitment to supporting its members and follows a recent webinar unpacking RBA surcharge bans with a record turnout.
ATIA members can register for the webinar, on Thursday 28 May at 10:30am, here.
