Aurora Expeditions has launched a suite of benefits, tools and service enhancements designed to make it simpler and more rewarding for travel advisors to sell the small-ship expedition operator’s voyages.
Aurora Expeditions developed Aurora Advisor Advantage to bring together improvements across commission payments, trade rates, sales resources and digital tools.
“Travel advisors are at the heart of our business, playing an essential role in inspiring travellers and guiding them toward the right expedition experience,” Aurora Expeditions head of global sales David Tanguay said. “Aurora Advisor Advantage is our investment in that partnership—providing advisors with enhanced tools, greater product visibility, and more meaningful rewards, while making it easier to deliver exceptional value for both their clients and their business.”

The enhancements
From 2026–2027 Antarctic season, guests will enjoy premium beverages included in voyage fares across the fleet at no additional cost. The expanded inclusions will add further value to the onboard experience and provide advisors with another clear benefit to communicate to clients.
The cruise company has introduced a no-charge flexible voyage transfer, allowing clients who are unable to travel after paying their deposit to move their booking to another Aurora Expeditions voyage departing within 36 months of their original departure date, without a transfer fee.
The company has brought forward eligible gross commission payments, with advisors now paid 60 days before their clients’ departure. It will also introduce Aurora Insider Rates, giving eligible advisors, their friends and family the opportunity to experience an Aurora voyage when booking within 120 days of departure. Rates will be available from US$300 per person, per day.
The enhanced Travel Advisor Hub has a new Dates & Rates Tool that allows advisors to view live voyage pricing across every cabin category and check optional activity availability. Aurora Expeditions is developing a new online booking portal.
