Virgin Australia has launched a one-week international sale, with return economy fares starting from $429 to Bali and other popular short-haul destinations.

The sale, which opened today and runs until 11.59pm AEST Friday 7 August, covers travel between 13 October 2026 and 22 June 2027, unless fares sell out earlier.

Gold Coast–Bali leads the discounts at $429 return in Economy Lite, with other capital city routes to Bali priced from $459 to $519. Fares to Queenstown start at $445 return from Melbourne, while Fiji and Vanuatu fares begin at $459 and $599 respectively.

Virgin Australia Holidays by Hopper is also offering bundled flight-and-accommodation packages, with four-night Bali packages from $649 per person, based on two travellers.

Velocity Frequent Flyer members will earn Velocity Points and Status Credits on eligible sale fares.
