Boutique hotel brand, Bannisters has just opened the doors to its latest property, The Jackson Ranch, hidden amongst 37 acres of natural forest on the South Coast.

A three-and-a-half-hour drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra, Jackson Ranch draws inspiration from the ranches of Montana with serene views of Lake Willinga that make for an extraordinary backdrop for clients getaway, wedding, or private retreat.

The Jackson Room offers a 120sqm event space to host bespoke, private events and weddings for up to 200 guests.

Equipped with a commercial kitchen, the Ranch offers cocktail style, seated dinners, or the option to bring in your private chefs. For pre-and post-celebrations, The Burnt Bar and Saloon Bar are unique and versatile spaces to host guests.

“It’s the Ranch’s natural beauty, uniqueness and limitless options that creates an exciting new opportunity within the Bannisters family,” Alison Mates, general manager.

“Providing an exclusive venue for weddings, retreats, family stays or any style celebration. The property has been recently renovated to create your own private 37-acre retreat.”

The new property accommodates up to 30 guests across five newly renovated cabins perfect for an exclusive takeover or a quiet retreat into the forest.

The Homestead features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully serviced kitchen and living and dining area with a fireplace in the large living room, and a sunny deck, overlooking the property’s private dam and pontoon.

Nestled amongst the trees, The Hideaway Cabin sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, one outdoors to enjoy nature at its peak.

The one-bedroom Lakeview Cabins all feature views overlooking Lake Willinga and feature a bathroom, kitchenette, and patio.

The region stretches from beach to bush and the property is just 30 minutes from Mollymook, so guests can enjoy priority bookings at Rick Stein’s restaurant, Bannisters Pool Bar or Pavilion Rooftop.

The Jackson Ranch opens for exclusive stays this summer from 23 December 2021 with Bannisters catering available.
