Beyond Travel Group has reported a period of sustained and significant growth, reinforcing its position as one of Australia’s leading wholesale travel specialists.

Over the past two years, the company has doubled its sales across both FIT and Groups segments, driven by deepening partnerships within the travel trade and a renewed appetite among travellers for curated, experience-led journeys.

CEO Michael Lavilles attributes this momentum to the company’s strategic post-pandemic positioning and its long-term investment in people.

“We made a conscious decision to retain our team through COVID, which meant we were well placed to rebound quickly,” Lavilles said. “That continuity, combined with the resilience and expertise of our people, has been instrumental in driving our growth.”

Beyond Travel Group’s strong reputation within the trade continues to underpin its success, with enduring relationships across independent agents and major agency groups. Its specialised destination portfolio has also seen strong performance, reflecting a broader shift in consumer
demand towards immersive, authentic travel experiences.

As the business enters its next phase of expansion, Beyond Travel Group is now investing in its leadership structure to support continued growth and innovation. Its currently recruiting for several key roles, including:

• General Manager, Groups and MICE
• Head of Product and Marketing
• Finance Manager
• Social and Environmental Impact Executive

“We’re at an exciting point in our journey,” Lavilles added. “With strong foundations in place, we’re looking for forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about travel and ready to help shape the next chapter of Beyond Travel Group.”

Professionals interested in joining the business during this period of growth are encouraged to connect directly with CEO Michael Lavilles at michael@beyondtravel.com.au.
