Beyond Travel has appointed Frank Levey as business development manager for Queensland, strengthening its national sales footprint and on-the-ground support for agents in the state.
Levey brings more than 30 years’ experience across travel and sales, alongside first-hand destination knowledge gained from visiting over 100 countries.
His appointment gives Beyond Travel a dedicated representative in Queensland, enabling the company to further develop relationships with its agent partners and provide more localised support.
“The Beyond team is known for its deep destination knowledge,” Levey said. “In times of disruption, travellers rely on the expertise of their travel advisor more than ever. I’m excited to work with agents across Queensland to support them with the insight and tailored itineraries they need to give their clients confidence.”
Levey will work closely with regional sales manager Matt Symonds, who supports agents across NSW, ACT and QLD, as part of Beyond Travel’s broader strategy to strengthen engagement with the trade nationwide.
“As a wholesale business, building and nurturing relationships with our agents is paramount,” Symonds said. “Frank’s skills and experience are going to be an asset to the team.
“We’ve got a wide network of agents based in Queensland and we’re proud to now be offering them local support through Frank, so we can continue to work towards success with current and new agents alike.”
Beyond Travel said the appointment reflects its continued investment in its sales team and trade partnerships, with a focus on delivering expert support and a diverse product range to advisors.
The boutique wholesaler specialises in destinations including Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro, Eastern and Central Europe, Sri Lanka and India, Greece and Turkey, and Scandinavia and Iceland.
