Mantra Group announces five new hotel signings

Mantra Group has secured five new hotel signings with a combined total for more than 900 additional rooms across Australia and New Zealand.

Peppers Southbank (Melbourne VIC), Mantra 900 Hay Street (Perth WA), Peppers Queenstown Resort (Queenstown NZ), Mantra Club Crocodile (Airlie Beach, QLD) and Mantra Observatory (Port Macquarie NSW) will join Mantra Group’s 126 other global properties. Successfully increasing its portfolio by 11 properties this year, Mantra is well placed to exceed last year’s record result as Australia’s fastest growing hotel group!

InterContinental Sydney on trend with Laneway Dining experiences this festive season

The heritage sandstone enclaves of the hotel’s Macquarie Street façade will transform into a pop-up laneway this silly season, when the InterContinental Sydney culinary team experiment with a seasonal menu.

The five-course degustation dinner will unearth the best in local produce, including seaweed-cured Hiramasa, dry-aged beef strip-loin and 117 dining’s signature dessert, Sweet Passion, from Head Pastry Chef Simon Veauvy. The themed ambiance of the laneway is the prime location to bring these flavours to life!
