To celebrate the festive season, online travel agency Booking.com has created the world’s sweetest home in the heart of London’s Soho.

Aptly named Candy Cane House, this unique overnight experience was exclusively available to Londoners for two nights only, for stays taking place on 18 and 19 December.

Available exclusively on Booking.com and accommodating up to two people per night, candy cravers and chocolate lovers were able to nibble on the edible Christmas wreaths upon arrival, whilst admiring the property’s gingerbread-inspired windows and icing-sugar-infused snowy facade.

Once inside, guests were able to relax and enjoy their complimentary hamper, complete with celebratory bubbles and a selection of confectionary favourites in the Candy Lounge. Here, large candy-style treats lined the walls, and candy canes and edible baubles adorned the candy floss-coloured Christmas tree.

If that wasn’t sweet enough, stepping stones of Christmas sugar cookies led guests into the master ‘Ginger-Breadroom’, where they could immerse themselves in a festive woodland, complete with delectable edible chocolate pine cones.

Then came a chocolate extravaganza in the ‘Coco-Kitchen’, where guests could find themselves inside a giant caramel chocolate, complete with melting chocolate walls and caramel flooring.

A ‘Sugar Cube-icle’ bathroom was also available as part of the property’s incredible confectionary-inspired facilities.

Candy Cane House was also committed to using biodegradable snow and eco-friendly glitter-based products. Leftover household items will be donated to charity Barnado’s.

Ryan Pearson, regional manager at Booking.com, said: “Christmas is one of those times of the year when we all love a little bit of indulgence.
