Brisbane’s signature business events exhibition ‘Pop-Up’ will celebrate its 10th anniversary on 23 August with 20 new exhibitors.

Brisbane Convention Bureau General Manager Juliet Alabaster said event planners can expect another action-packed exhibition, designed ‘for events that go off with a bang’.

“Each year Brisbane Pop-Up is attended by more than 250 event planners from associations, corporations, government, academia and PCO organisations – all seeking an efficient event planning experience,” Alabaster said.

“Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with more than 80 Brisbane exhibitors and discover the city’s newest, recently improved and always unique products.

“Brisbane’s continued growth has given rise to a number of new four and five-star hotels, and exclusive event venues to suit functions of all sizes.

“We will have 20 new exhibitors including the recently opened W Brisbane, Novotel Brisbane South Bank, Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane, and the soon to open Emporium Hotel South Bank, The Westin Brisbane, and The Calile Hotel.

“Other first-time exhibitors include Ovolo Inchcolm Brisbane, Spicers Hidden Vale, Pig ‘N’ Whistle West End, Fresh Catering at Queensland Museum, the Queensland Tennis Centre, and more.

“In true Brisbane Pop-Up style, it will be both functional and fun, with exhibitors going all out with the styling of their stands and prize draws.”

Brisbane Pop-Up will take place between 11:30am – 2:00pm on Thursday 23 August at Brisbane City Hall, King George Square.
