Check-in when it suits at The Majestic Hotel

Checking in at your own leisure will soon be a reality for business guests of The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

This spring/summer season, the hotel is creating a more personal vibe for its guests, swapping the traditional hotel practice of standard check-in and check-out times for a full 24-hour stay at no extra cost.

Known as The Majestic 24, guests staying for just 24 hours can determine their own check-in time, with check-out scheduled for a full 24 hours later.

Business travellers who arrive at 7am will no longer need to wait for the traditional check-in time of 3pm, nor will those arriving late at night need to worry about the looming check-out time of 12pm if they are only staying for the night.

“As our hotel continues to receive guests from all over the world, we feel that this allows our guests some flexibility, particularly weary business travellers who may only stay for one or two nights,” the hotel’s general manager Jeffrey Mong said.

“This service eases them of the worry of having to check-out at a specific time or pay an additional charge for a late check-out.”

Guests booking a room through the website, email or over the phone can now state their preferred check-in time and can choose to check-out at the same time on the day of their departure.

The Majestic 24 is open to all guests and valid from now until September 30 2015. This service is applicable for individual bookings and for stays booked directly with the hotel.
