Chimu has launched the 2023 Great Chimu Sale with up to 45 per cent off 2023 Antarctica departures.

Chimu Adventures has unveiled its Signature South America itineraries that prioritise both sustainability and locally owned operators and experiences and extensive Antarctic knowledge.

In the polar regions, Chimu has access to over 400 Antarctic itineraries and 30 expedition ships throughout the 22/23 and 23/24 seasons and specialises in small ship expedition cruising of 200 passengers or less.

“We can’t wait to show travellers the best that Antarctica and Latin America have to offer. With the Great Chimu Sale, we’re proud to offer exclusive deals on some of our most popular trips, designed to help travellers maximise their time and experiences,” said Chad Carey, Chimu managing director.

“After a few quiet years, we’ve noticed interest in Antarctic travel increase strongly in Australia over the past few months and so we’re expecting strong demand on these deals over Q1.”

The Great Chimu Sale begins on January 16th, with travellers urged to book early as demand is high for the 2023/2024 Antarctic season. Some of the exclusive travel offers include:

  • Last-minute travellers can save up to 45 per cent on the remainder of the 2023 Antarctic season, with prices from $9,836.
  • For next season, save up to 35 per cent on 2023/2024 Antarctic cruises, with prices from $9,165
  • 10 per cent off all Great Southern Flights across all seat categories and dates.
  • Free upgrade from standard to superior hotels select Signature South America itineraries, plus up to 10 per cent off Signature Salt Flats.
  • Free return flights from mainland Ecuador to Galapagos when booking a Signature Galapagos itinerary.

You can find all the special offers on the Chimu Adventures website.
