Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is preparing for its biggest ever Cruise360 Australasia conference on August 30, with record numbers of travel agents and cruise leaders expected to converge on Sydney for the industry’s most important gathering of the year.

After past years’ sold-out events, this year’s Cruise360 has been upgraded to the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney, where a packed program of international and regional speakers will provide essential insight for cruise specialists working in a rapidly evolving industry.

The event will also include CLIA’s biggest ever Cruise360 trade show, allowing delegates to connect with cruise brands, destinations and other exhibitors from around the world.

With hundreds of tickets already sold, this week provides the last opportunity to book Cruise360 at discounted earlybird prices, which end on June 30, 2024.

Tickets are available exclusively to CLIA members and provide a full-day conference program and trade show on August 30, as well as a welcome event on the night of August 29. Ticket holders to this year’s Cruise360 Australasia conference will also have the option to book limited tickets to CLIA’s first River Cruise Showcase on August 29, a half-day of product training on sailing the world’s inland waterways.

CLIA Managing Director in Australasia Joel Katz said this year’s Cruise360 Australasia conference would combine a global perspective with practical knowledge to help travel agents boost their cruise business.

“We’ll hear from international cruise leaders on the opportunities in an expanding global cruise sector, as well as from local experts who can share hands-on experience and advice in the Australian and New Zealand markets,” Katz said.

“Cruise360 is a fantastic opportunity to hear from cruising thought-leaders and to connect with colleagues from across the cruise sector. It’s a must-attend event for any travel agent looking to thrive in cruising.”

Full program details and speakers will be announced in coming weeks. To secure tickets at earlybird prices, CLIA members can visit Cruise360 Australasia and book by June 30, 2024.
