The wait is over for those eagerly anticipating the return of Cruise360, as the event announces its 2022 return date.

Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has confirmed a new date for its Cruise360 Australasia conference, which will now be held in Sydney on Thursday 25 August.

The rescheduled event will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, providing an opportunity for CLIA members and the wider cruise community to catch up in person as the industry readies for its come back.

This year’s event will focus on the global recovery of the cruise sector and the opportunities this is predicted to provide for travel agents and industry stakeholders.

More details and speakers will be announced in the coming months and existing Cruise360 registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date, but in the meantime, you can find more information HERE.

CLIA is also preparing to welcome a new intake of Masters candidates next month, giving agents the opportunity to score the association’s highest qualification for cruise specialists.

Following the introduction of a new online forma last year, the Masters Program will return from 14 March as a six-week course available exclusively to CLIA member agents who have achieved Ambassador status.

The Masters Program is designed to give cruise specialists the ability to develop new revenue streams and create a unique brand differentiation.

New content includes education on data, technology and the evolving online retail environment. Other aspects include personal strength assessments, digital and neuromarketing tips, business strategy and planning skills, and understanding how to become integral to clients’ online environment.

After completing the Masters course and assignment, agents will receive 100 accreditation points and enter the prestigious CLIA Cruise Masters ranks, with a higher search ranking on the CLIA Australasia website.

To take part, member agents can register their interest by email info-aus@cruising.org or visit the CLIA website for more information.
