CLLIX Apartments and Hotels has appointed Jonathan Flannery as head of body corporate and strata relations.

Flannery brings two decades of leadership experience in strata management, hospitality, property services and multi-site operations in Australia and New Zealand.

His previous roles include senior executive positions at PICA Group strata management services, where he led over 200 staff nationwide and managed a multi-billion-dollar property portfolio spanning 5,000 strata schemes and over 100,000 owners.

Flannery has also held senior leadership roles at Mirvac Hotels & Projects, Duxton Hotels, Heritage Hotels, CityLife Hotels, and Accor Hotels.

In this newly created role, Flannery will oversee CLLIX’s body corporate and strata engagement strategy, with responsibility for governance alignment, stakeholder relationships, compliance frameworks and operational integration across the portfolio.

“Jonathan’s experience across strata governance, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale operations makes him an outstanding addition to the CLLIX leadership team,” said CLLIX chief operating officer Mark Hodge.

“As our portfolio continues to grow, we are focused on strengthening leadership capability across key operational areas to support long-term performance, governance outcomes, and stakeholder relationships.”

Flannery said he was looking forward to joining the business during a period of growth.

“CLLIX has established a strong foothold in the apartment and hotel sectors, and I’m excited to contribute to the next stage of the company’s evolution,” Flannery said.

“Housing and accommodation are more complex than ever, and getting it right takes genuine partnership. I look forward to working closely with owners, strata partners, and operational teams to drive strong governance and positive outcomes across the CLLIX portfolio.”

CLLIX Apartments and Hotels operates 24 properties across Brisbane, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Adelaide, offering more than 2,500 serviced apartments.

Its portfolio includes flagship addresses such as Brisbane Skytower, Collins House Apartments and Australia 108 Apartments.
